The planning and preparation stage is a time consuming process, however thorough detail is paramount. If we can gather as much information as we can now this will reduce any delays moving forward

We offer the following packages to prepare you with a fee proposal for your project.

Pre-Construction Assessment Package

Conceptual/Design Stage


  • Referral to preferred architect/draftsman partners
  • Pricing guidance by builder as to preferred and most cost efficient construction method to complete your project
  • Included are 2 revisions meetings
  • Package Fee: $2500 - $4000 plus GST depending on scope of works required for the proposed project

Design Completed and Building Documents Stage Complete


  • Full and fixed costings for your project completed by our professional estimating team
  • Specifications and selections fully completed with a complimentary referral to our preferred interior designer to finalise the full colour schedule which includes joinery, benchtops, tiles and paint colours.
  • Review of building documents and recommendations as to preferred and most cost efficient constructions method for your project

  • Provided written confirmation of the overall building program required to complete your project
  • Confirmation of the available start month for your project
  • Package Fee: $1500 - $2500 plus GST depending on scope of works required for the proposed project

Pre-Construction Assessment package fees will be fully deducted from your Building Contract if we are successful with our offer for your project.
